Does any one knows how to make 4 color separations on a ROLAND CammJET CJ-500?

I'm not sure if you want to print or cut on the Roland. If you're printing, you use the RIP and color management software and send it to print after running some color tests. If you want to cut 4 different plates, you'll need a CMYK file with registration marks, plus again use the software to set up the files and send them to cut the film plates.
