How do you the new WinRaR zip program?

I am not trying to compress my files. I have downloaded movies and games and I want to view them. I downloaded the software WinRaR, but I don't know how to unzip (extract?) the files and get them to play. It seems that once I extract them I just get a screen full of little folders. Well what do I do from there. I just want to be able to watch my movies or play the games? Now some games say they included the crack, and I definitely don't know what that means either. Help me plezzzzzzzzz

I have downloaded many movies and games that have put into the WinRaR zip file. I don't know how to get the files to play the movie or game. I truly need step by step instructions although I am not a computer dummie. Once I download the file and then extract it I get a whole bunch of little file folders all over the screen. Well what do I do next? All I want to do with them is get them to play my movie or help me install the game. Please give me a ZIP file lesson for Dummies.

inside the program open up the file you are extracting then copy all the files and folders in to your documents or someplace you want them to be.

have u tried left click and go to extract this (whatever it is) button on ur screen?
