OK OK relax,

If it just stopped working like you say. It sounds like it might be a PSU problem (power supply unit) you could just go but a new 1 that arnt that much for a 400w now days.

other way is
First thing you need to do is have a spare computer or find one. Where you do that you will need to remove your HDD from your computer and put it in the spare computer, and make sure you set the pins at the back off your HDD to slave pins look like this [::[:]:] , You want it as a slave of the master HDD so you can go into your HDD when the PC has booted up with no problems, and download a free PC data-back program, please note free ones do not do as good as a paid one. If you can not access your HDD at all using a third party spare computer, then i am afraid you are out of luck and the HDD is stuffed.

Cya later

Find another computer (in office, home, friends). Open yours up with the power off. Unscrew the hard drive and remove it. Open the new computer and install it as a slave. You may need to set jumpers on the back of the drive. You should be able to get the data off.

If you are uncomfortable doing this yourself, I am sure a tech savvy person around you or you can high a tech..

If the confusing rigidity itself is making noise like clicking i'm sorry to assert the confusing rigidity is lifeless! If the tips is significant you pays specialists in area suits to rebuild the tips by disassemble of the confusing rigidity and its platters. If no longer pull it and make it a slave and pass your records quickly.

remove the hard disk,
all the information and program are in the H.D.D

move it and put it in new computer , you can transfer all the program you want.
if your hard disk is dead, you can not do anything by yourself.
