Hey!
I am wondering how I can loose some weight, sounds easy, right? Well, its not because I Think Im lactose Intolerent.
Well, Thats kindof besides the point. I need to loose some weight off of my thighs and stomach. But, I cant drink milk or eat dairy.
Any help is greatly appreciated

First stop drinking soda it has so many calories and even diet can make you gain weight so replace soda with water and juice sometimes. Have fruits and vegitables for snacks instead of chips or fried foods. Think about this all fried foods are fried in oil whitch is fat that is liquid at room temperature (gross). Eat breakfast, is starts your metabolism but make sure it is healthy, eggs whole wheat toast fruit ect. Dont eat in front of the TV or where you are distracted, you end up eating more than you need to. Have a whole glass of water with every meal it will help you fill up with less food.

Exercise is a huge part too! Running and swimming are the best exercises I can think of. Try running a mile daily or swim 750 yards. If you cant do that yet start by doing what you can do and then the next day go a block further or 2 laps more. Those are sometimes boring so maybe go mountain biking or walk the dog or join a sport. Try walking, exercising, jumping rope (don't laugh cause it works-- I do it) and light weightlifting to tone up. I work out a for a min of 30 minutes but my max of 1:15min--- I do it everyday.

Good Luck and BTW--eat what is good for you in moderation.

low fat diets always work well if you stick to them accompanied by running/walking (you can add leg weights if you want). if you are lactose intolerant, you should just take like a multivitamin. You should add the multivitamin to any diet to supplement your nutrition.
