Recently I ordered a very expensive, luxurious pair of shoes from a pretty popular and trusted shoe retail store online. Today was their day of delivery and "Where the hell are my shoes!!!!!!!?" The retail store told me they would contact me after they spoke with the delivery people. And the delivery people said that the shipper did not request a signature, on a $400.00 pair of shoes I believe it would be stupid not to request the signature. Anyways "Where are my shoes, or where is my $400.00 right?" What would you suggest I do? I wanna hear your comments people.

Hey guess what...YEP! I got them, they're not that cumfortable... Thanks for all the good comments. I needed them to face the horrible half an hour that went by before we found "the package".

If today was the day of delivery I wouldn't be worrying about it too much yet. I would contact the company and let them know you didn't receive anything yet. After a week or so I'd possibly contact the credit card company you used (hopefully) and dispute the charges.

Ask for the tracking number and track it online. If they shoes are lost, contact them and ask either for a refund or to send new ones- via insured services.

Call the website/store, and ask about your order. Shouldnt you be able to track your order?

well call them again and give them another week, packages are always late when your waiting by the second. but i have ti admit when you asked WHERE IS MY PACKAGE ? i was expecting something else . ha..ha..ha
