Pitcher: Jamie Moyer. Jamie is the model workhorse lefty starter, been around for awhile, not flashy, but effective. He is also a model player as he is never in trouble, a good ambassador for the game.
Batter: Alex Rodriguez. The games best player (regardless of what Yankee fans think, the numbers speak for themselves) needs to shake the postseason monkey off his back. When he does retire, he will hold the majority of the offensive records, a ring is the icing on the cake.

I would like to see Greg Maddux to get another because he is a great player and another ring would be a good ending to his great carrer. For a batter I think Slammin Sammy Sosa because with the cubs he was a great player but no ring and then fell out of the pros after he was traded. He's been a good player and really deserves it.

batter- it would have been edgar martinez but now ill have to go with craig biggio..he represents to me what a baseball player should be like
pitcher-jamie moyer was the first player that came to mind..hes never gotten the recognition that i think he deserves; he is a great pitcher and person

Batter: Pujols. He's a great player and one of the best hitters in all of baseball right now, and I'd love to see him get a ring. He'd definetly deserve it.
