I dont want to order through ebay. I'm a new immigrant from the states to canada and can only buy with a debit card or cash,because I dont have a bank account yet.

walmart has them online right now, other wise try calling stores near you..most restock on monday and tuesday so keep checking..
also go to http://wii.yahoo.com/buyers-guide
you can find local wiis in stock near you and can see what online stores are in stock also

every other week Toys R us sells on Saturday mornings (that's when new week starts in Canada TRS)...tomorrow (3/31) TRS selling it-you should go at least 2 hours before the openning (usually they open 9:30-but double check from toysrus.ca)..if you miss this one probably they will have it 2 weeks later..just check friday nights the new flyer from their website
also you might try craigslist.com-be sure to ask for the reciept to be on the safe side...but i suggest you go with the TRS
if you get a credit card before the day you want-you can check out www.nowinstock.net - it has a Canada version and sign up for email alerts (it lets you know when futureshop.com,bestbuy.com etc. have it in stock online-when you get the alert buy it immediately)
I heard that it would be muuuch easier to get wii after mid-april-but I can't guarantee it might be just a rumor
