3yd= 9 Ft
9ft+1 Ft= 10ft = 3yd 1ft

6,000 Ft = _ mi + _ft
1 mile= 5,280 ft
6,000- 5,280= 720
6,000ft= 1 mi 720 ft

125 in = _ft _ in
125/12 = 10 r 5
125 in = 10 ft 5 in

This is very basic math. I will give you a pointer in the right direction. Here is an example;

___ ft = 2yd. 2ft

If we know that 1yd = 3ft
then 2yd = 6ft
thus
___ ft = 6ft +2ft
so our answer is
8ft = 2yd 2ft
