ok i got this message while trying to log into my 360: Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999.
if i use another computer will i still get this message???

Error 999 just means Yahoo encountered a problem and they don't know what it is, it's usually bandwidth, another computer probably won't make a difference.

Sounds like you haven't got a "complete" URL address
access the 360 help desk..then enter your avatar name under search options...maybe that will help...if it does copy the URL from the address bar and compare it with the one you have...just a suggestion...

Yahell surprise me daily with error messages, I thought they just hated me. So I can only presume they have some major problems they need to sort out........... its probably NOT your pc causing the problem.
