How can I find information on a specific travel agency if I only have the Iata number?

Head over to http://www.checkacode.com/ and plug in their IATA number -- not sure how much info you'll get, but hopefully it'll be useful!

Travel agencies are like any other business. Try their website, talk to their previous clients, check with the better business bureau, talk to the local chamber of commerce. Better yet, travel is a very tight community. If one agency does something wrong, everyone knows about it. So, go to another agency and ask their impression. They will tell you.
