well im 15 and i hate shopping!! the only place i like shopping at is victorias secret since all i have to do is find the undies with an s or m on them. i know this makes me a geek but i shop with my mom all the time we are shopping buddies, so i have her find things that are in my size so i don't have to watse time looking. and other then a little bit of eyeliner every once in a while i never wear make up unless my 9 year old sister wants to do make overs.

No, i dont think there's anything wrong with a 17 year old girl who doesnt like shopping. To me its very normal.....I used to be like that when i was a pre-teen. But you just have to find something you like in shopping to really wanna make you do it. O and by the way i'm 15.

no every girl is different , just because ur a girl doesn't mean u have to like to shop and wear makeup, i'm 19 i don't wear makeup or get my nails done or do alot of girlie things, theres nothin wrong with u ur fine

Not at all! Don't listen to ANYBODY who tells you otherwise either. Everybody is different and what some teenagers like doing others don't. Besides, there's plenty of time to go shopping in the future! Just enjoy yourself in whatever (safe, healthy and FUN) way that you want!

No my sis is 17 and she could careless about stuff like that and I'm 19 and I have never really cared about clothes and makeup either it is ok.

Not at all! I am 16 and I hate shopping for clothes, and I only wear make up for special occasions.

Absolutely not! as a matter of fact most girls don't even need all of the makeup to look beautiful. they just wear it anyway. the clothes most wear now days are not for showing beauty, its to show off their bodies. if guys can see everything before they get it, why get it?

No i am that way too. I never like to wear make up ...except for special occasions and i am not crazy about clothes shopping..it takes too much time

No there's nothing wrong with it. I'm a 20 year old woman and I never did stuff with my hair, wore makeup, went on dates, had friends, or was into "Girl" stuff.

Not at ALL. I was that way when I was 17, and I am STILL that way today (I'm now 45)... my favorite "outfit" is jeans and a tee shirt, and I wear makeup MAYBE once a year. HATE it.
Be yourself - life is too short to be a poseur. ;)
