Is it safe to use a document preperation service to prepare a Living Trust?

Question

Is this a reputable company they have been around for a few years in my area what should I watch out for? They said it was a flat fee and the send the documents out to be looked over by an attorney so it costs a few hundred instead of a few thousand $. I dont feel comfortable doing it myself but dont think I need an attorny because it is just one house going from my dad to me is this a safe thing to do to?
