Webcam problem (msn)?

Question

Me and my girlfriend cant send out webcams to each other on msn.
Both of our webcams will send to everyone else but not each other.
Ive tried reinstalling my net, msn, firewall and webcam but non of that worked.
Ive tried disabling my firewall and security stuff and that didnt work. Ive even tried reformatting my laptop to its factory settings and im still having no luck.
It has worked fine since October and only stopped working early febuary.

Im running out of ideas on how to fix it, ive asked all my friends who are good with computers and ive even contacted MSN about it and even they dont know.

Does anyone know how to fix my problem or have even gone through a similar thing them selves ?

Make sure you have enough bandwidth to support webcams (Internet speed) and make sure you don't have a port blocked that the web cam uses.
