Pretty good squad, but you do need help in the RP area. On offense I'd look to see if you could upgrade at 1b and Util. Heltons name still has more value then he's actually worth and Delgado has been hampered with minor injuries the past 1 1/2 years. Also make sure Freddy Sanchez is going to be a healthy option at SS to start the year, I believe he is banged up. Strong SP. Overall a solid squad, a 7.5/10.

I'd make the trade.

I'd give your team a solid 8/10. Your only real weaknesses are your middle infielders. Cantu had a productive year last year while Freddy was great. The only problem with Freddy now is that not only is he injured but he has alot to prove, especially if he wants to match statistics from last year.
You have a great pick in Alex Gordon. The kid is going to be a stud.

Your starting rotation is great. Zambrano & Halladay are aces on thier teams. Kazmir has what it takes to be a great pitcher for years to come if he can stay healthy. Olson can be better. Colon has peaked, but will still get you some innings and strikeouts. Igawa is unproven here (US) so thats an iffy spot.
Your relief pitching needs a little improvement. Hopefully the person takes that trade. Dotel needs to prove he can still be a closer. Pineiro, a former starter, has to hope he transistions smoothly into a middle/long relief pticher. Gonzalez and Otsuka, two former closers, will be great set up men for their repsective teams. Tankerlsey is a young kid who can only get better and improve on the good year he had last year.

9 out of 10. You've got great speed, power and average, but you need relief pitching. And maybe a second baseman. Otherwise, you've got a great team.
