This is going to happen. You have all sorts of chemicals swimming in your body right now as part of the pregnancy causing to cry at things as silly as telephone commercials or a vase of roses on your counter.
But, consider this a chance to self-discipline yourself. To get up 'some moxy' and stand above the emotional rollercoaster going on inside. When you have your child, you are going to put about 1,000 things that deal with her health and safety ahead of your own emotions. Now is a good time to try to get to that point.
You can do a couple of things. Consider a 'stress free' area, be it a small room, a bath, or someplace where the day to day is not going to interfere. Consider 'changing the subject' by watching a movie, focusing on work, or reading a book (not a baby book, but a spy novel or something non-romantic). Or just consider telling yourself 'Hey, self, snap out of this **** and get on with the business at hand." It all really depends on you.
Good luck.

when you are pregnant your hormones are bouncing off the walls and when i was pregnant with my first child i was a complte wreck. I would cry for the most dumb things like beacuse my husband killed an ant and i told him that was not fair because it had a family. lol seriously i am not lying. I also cried because i would watch the animal planet channel and saw a couple of lions eating another animal and i thought that was so sad, another time was when it was around july and iwas 8 months pregnant and it was so hot and i was crying hysterically telling my husbad i was dying becasue it was so hot and told him to go get me a lot of ice so i could put it in my bathtub and just go in! in wich he didn't lol. we stress ourselves out for nothing we could be happy one minute and the next crying. And i am here to tell you not to be stressed over things that are nto worth it even thought it's hard it shall soon pass and what helped me when i used to be stress out or just sad i would think about my baby wether it was going to be a boy or a girl since it was a surprise until i had him. well hopefully this helps and just relax and think about you lil bundle of joy that is in your tummy!

Crying at comercials. Looking at a picture and getting angery. These type of things are hormones. And it wont hurt your baby.
Now when you hear about stress, yes, that can be hard on a unborn child.
Talk to your doctor on the next visit. See if you are having a medical issue other then hormone changes. I doubt it. But still check.
Congrats hun. Crying and feeling things more is not going to hurt. Please relax.

Don't worry being emotional is a part of pregnancy. I'm 32 weeks and dealing with alot of emotional baggage and my baby girl is doing just fine. Try to relax and indulge yourself. Take a nice walk in the park and clear your head. Or try a nice soothing bubble bath. Congrats on your pregnancy, good luck, and God bless.

I have a little theory on this. Perhaps we cry and get anrgy and experience emotional outbursts because stress is bad for the baby. Getting angry instead of holding it in is a release. Crying instead of silently dwelling is a release.
anyhow, that's how I like to rationalize my constant weeping for no good reason. lol

It can be helped in most people with soothing music and relaxing you do not need to be worried I doubt it will effect your baby. I would take naps during the day to help get rid of the emmotinal feelings. It is normal for you to feel this way.

Don't worry that is completely normal, it's just your hormones. They will keep to run your life, and mouth for the rest of your pregnancy and a little bit more after you give birth to your baby. That's when it got bad for me .
So don't fight it, just flow with them, most of the time the people around you will understand.
Hope you have a beatufull, healthy baby!!

There's not really much you can do when your hormones are as crazy as they are when you're pregnant. The best thing to do is just try another way to relieve your stress.
