i went to Airpak to pay for my son passport to be delivered and they said they did not deliver in my area so they say i should so i said i would pick it up a week passed and i met in an accident i called them and told them i could not make it because i was unable to go to and fro so if i could send my son with mine and his id they said no and they send it back to the embassy i ask them to returned my money they said no? Airpak is owned by UPS so ni need to make a complaint to get the sup. fired she disrespected me and this is no way to deal with a customer.

i emailed Airpak no one answer and i am going to the embassy 2 marrow.
what do u think?

File law suit against UPS, and then you should have sent all the papers through the embassy.
