the federal laws still consider it illegal to possess marijuana, although in denver if you get stopped with less than an ounce some cops may not give you a ticket. it all depends on the day the cop is having and the other offenses you committed to make the cop pull you over =)

No, it is not. It was passed the last election that it is legal for an adult over the age of 21 to have less than one ounce. But, the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) (21 U.S.C. 811), overrides this law and calls marijuana illegal.

And if you are using this drug, I suggest you stop and contact a service to help you. This is not only illegal, but very dangerous.

It is legal in the city of Denver for an adult to have less than one ounce of weed. However, state and federal law both override city law so the ultimate answer is no.

the city exceeded an ordinance to allow criminal possession of an oz.. or much less of marijuana. besides the undeniable fact that it rather is nonetheless an unlawful substance below the state regulation and federal regulation for that count. The Denver police branch nonetheless enforces the state regulation and subsequently i would not be waving my stash of pot around the streets of Denver.
