Both wrists and knees, been going to therapy for 4 months now and two different offices, both doctors said it was defenitely tendons and not something else like a fractured bone cause they stretched my joints and bunch of ways. I reinjured my wrist a few weeks back doing a push-up test in school, and now it hurts worse than it ever did plus the pain isn't really going away as fast with therapy. It's not carpal because my hand doesn't feel numb or hurt, and pain is isolated in hte wrist. I have weight training for gym in school plus I played a lot of basketball. Any ideas what I should do? (Other than rest, because I'm planning on being more careful)

Below is a very in-depth website (actually links to a part 2 and part 3 will also be offered) for rehab tendon injuries.

It sounds like doing the rehab with massages to keep breaking up the scar tissue is the best action you can take.

Of course it would have been a lot easier to break up the scar tissue as it was forming but I'm sure you already know that.

GOOD LUCK!
