That is an extremely broad question. There is usually a nucleus at the center of cells, unless it is a prokaryotic one. The eukaryotic cells have the nuclei, and reproduce, if I remember my biology correctly. There also many other "contents' within a cell such as the mitochondria, which is the energy center. Cell membranes, gases, nutrients, etc. are all part of the cell structure. Not sure what you meant, exactly.
