I would call your ISP operator and get someone to come look at your computer in your home...
I had that done and it worked fine after that service call...
Or if you have Windows XP, I would do a System Restore and go back in time to a point that your computer worked great and start over...
The only trouble with selecting that as your option is you will lose some info you placed on your computer in the recent days...
Possibly pictures, or programs...
So I wouldn't go back too far, maybe only a week or two...
Other than my ideas, I don't know what else to tell you...

The above answerers didn't get ur question, I know, as I understand you're one the net now but not in a good connection, if this what u meant, then try to scan ur PC from viruses or spywares, otherwise try to contact ur system admin'.
