What kind of top goes well with this skirt?

Question

My class is having a party tomorrow and i want to look nice. (my crush is gonna be there) So im planning to wear a layered, black and white silk skirt which goes down to my knees. kind of like the bottom of this dress- http://www.forever21.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=FOREVER21&category%5Fname=casual+tops&product%5Fid=2037061710&showBACK=OK.
i want to wear a cute top over it without looking dorky or too formal. have any suggestions? (it's gonna be around 62 degrees)

black tank top. you dont want to look to desperate and you always want to be comfortable. and tank tops are sexy! and you can throw on some white hoops & a beaded white necklace. it will GORGEOUS :)

Something similar to this type of top. You're going to wanna stick with a solid white shirt, with little lace and extras and cute stuff....but remember,, stick with the basic white. Wear simple black jewelry(black studs, and a single black bracelet)

-This outfit is really cute, but I thought of some other cute outfits that would look adorable in that weather! If you don't end up wearing that skirt and a top, go for something sweet and simple. That is honestly what most guys find attractive. Wear something fun, simple colors, simple limited accessories, and there you have it.

do u have some kind of a v-neck shirt?well get one that'll go good with the black n white skirt,,the top should be a bit long. if u dont' have one, go with a tank top thats not too much up the neck (if u kno what i mean ;D lol) u want him to catch a glimpse of ur naughtiness right? hahaha ^_^ ooh! and wear a shrug! perferably the kind that u tie around the chest. ur jacket,,ehh u decide oh n for the shoes wear like the flip flop kind with the nice tiny heels on it

Do u mean what kind of pants go with that top?
Well it looks really cute and sophiscated but it looks too fancy for just a small get together in a class.
You dont want to overdo it, but you also want to look casual rtight?
So people dotn think you try to hard.

But if u want to buy this shirt still..i say a nice and simple pair of skinny jeans will fit this top.

a nice sleeveless black top, unless you dont live in az, where its frekin hot, lol, then wear a nice black jacket over the shirt..

If your skirt is flouncy like that picture, I would wear a fitted blouse, like one from Express or something. I would also wear a color that makes you stand out like a coral pink and contrasts well with the black and white. Cleavage is also a must!
