Not everyones the same-true. Most women ovulate aorund day 14, but sometimes if your period is irregular or if your on birth control and the egg "slips" out, it can occur on a sparatic time. So anythings possible, even when on your period

It is rare that women ovulate at anytime during their cycle but it's not impossible. Most women ovulate mid way through their cycles. Say you have a 28 day cycle, then you are most likely to ovulate about 14 days after the start of your period. However, there are some cases where women have gotten pregnant near the beginning or end of their cycle. So it does depend on your body. Pregnancy is always possible when having unprotected sex.

No you only ovulate at a specific time in your cycle depending on how long or short your monthly cycle is. If you figured out how long your cycle is it's usually 14 days after the 1st day.

I believe that is very true, but medical professionals disagree and say only every 14 days out from the first day of your last cycle.
But DH and I went every 2 to 3 days ttc this month and nothing...so don't freak out. You may or may not be pregnant, but stressing out over it is going to cause a lapse in when it is due and comes.
