Great question

first off many of the best "shows" are free, check out these sites for all of the free spectacles
http://www.lasvegasadvisor.com/activities.cfm
http://www.vegas.com/attractions

best of the free shows
Fountains of Bellagio
Fremont Street Experience
Masquerade Show in the Sky - Rio

Best of the After noon shows
Mac King - Harrah's -$7.95 >with a coupon, they hand them out at the booth located in the carnival court next to Harrah's
>You might ask at the slot club "Total Rewards", they used to give away two free tickets to the Mac King show if you were a first time sign up. No you don't have to play, and only one of you needs to sign up. Save the other for next time, you may want to see the show again sometime<

Larry G Jones - The Man of 1002 Voices - Fitzgeralds - $22 - IMHO he's as good as Danny Gans($100) for 1/5th the price

Dirk Arthur - Extreme Magic - Tropicana $30-$35 - but there are usually 2-4-1 coupons in the free LV magazines in your room or in the hotel gift shop

Rick Thomas - Magic - Orleans - $35

American Superstars - Stratosphere - $42 - The Stratosphere's "funbook" available at the promotion center had a 2-4-1 coupon the last time I checked, all you had to do to get the "FB" was present an out of state ID

IMHO this is the best show in all LV and the tickets are not all that bad - Mystere at TI - the best seats "I" think are the $75 ones in the second section >near the center< you can purchase tickets for this show 60 days in advance, which is a very good idea if you want great seats >this one sells out every show< 1-702-796-9999 >they do have $60 tickets, but the seats are on the side< The $95 tickets are too close, you can't take everything in.

I saw O in Las Vegas and my ticket was about $100.00 (but we had really good seats). Even though I paid that much it was so worth it. I haven't seen a show like that before.

I have seen Carrot Top and Fantasy at the Luxor and would say they are worth the price of the tickets. Plus you can usually find half price tickets in the magazines in your hotel room. Both ticket prices are around $50.

Try "Marriage Can Be Murder" at the Egg and I. I never laughed so much in my life. If you book early you get to sit at the murder or victims table. The last time we went everyone thought I was the Murderer even the people I came with!
