to a point i am really shy about showing my legs off ... i used to wear pants in the summer haha .. just cuz im really pale and my legs well they are the whitest of them all lol

Hmm to be honest I dont encounter alot of women who really hide their legs, especially not with recent trends for short dresses etc... I certainly dont, Im 23 and think if i cant wear short skirts and short dresses now il never be able to and this is the view alot of my friends take, And my legs are white, dont sunbathe and constantly getting a spray tan is a hassle, i prefer the pale lookas opposed to tanned tho anyways, and im often told on nights out that my legs are nice lol!! can always wear flesh coloured tights etc, or bck tights, patterned tights etc in winter, so never an excuse to cover up legs recently.
Saying tht i do hav one or two friends who are slightly overweight and they tend to hide their legs as theyre not happy with their body and to be honest a body shape thst carrying a few more pounds thn shud does tend to look slimmer in bootleg jeans to balance out their shape. So it may be all about what suits those individual women ure thinking of.
Plus theres a big trend for skinny jeans and leggings at the mo, and i love both of these so, it maybe cos theres so many great trends in at the mo they are at the times u see them opting towards on of the latest trends tht does cover ure legs e.g. the skinny jeans.
I dont show my legs at all times, if casual id probs be in jeans instead and its often more practical to wear jeans etc than wearing a shrt skirt during the day when its not summer.

If you saw mine, then you would know the answer, although I did show mine when I was younger, I had quite nice legs.
PS I still show them in the summer, when sitting in the garden, like to give them a little bit of sunshine. Don't care what the neighbours think.

Well women are so shy about showing their llegs because it means alot to them maybe they feel shame of their legs u have to respect women about their legs

I dont know because i know MANY MANY women who show leg all the time and love it. Maybe its a New York thing.

maybe some women aren't comfortable with their legs.
guys don't understand sometimes, that we may think that our thighs are too big. maybe she has a birthmark or scar she doesn't want to show on her legs. alot of girls, or women are like that, that's just the way we are!

I'm not shy about them, it's just too cold out to show my legs, but come summer, I'll be out in shorts!

Maybe we get grossed out by guys icky hairy legs. They (guys legs) look gross. Its terrifying to think sombodies could ever look like that. I'm dead serious. But I'm not afraid to wear skirts,me legs are cute! I hope this helps!
