told me that at one point she was bi - curious this is before we met however to determine if she was bi or not she kissed a girl to see if she like it.

Well, she told me she didn't and went on her way.

the question is if a person is bi until they actually kiss a woman whether it is to be curious or not?

These labels are just something that you apply to yourself and there isn't really any right or wrong. I've been switching my MySpace between "Not Sure" "Bi" and "Gay" for about 4 months now. It takes time to find yourself.

Curious before, bi after.

I don't think kissing a person is the litmus test for bisexuality. So you ask, "What is?" Seems it is equal interest in being with either sex on a sexual level.
