Nope .. it's all an urban legend. Given any full moon or a cloudy full moon and there is no unusual behavior. Check "bad science" and look at the full moon stuff if you want more.

The "effect" of the FuIl Moon on human behavior is caused by photons. A Full Moon reflects the most light possible from the Sun, at precisely the time of its orbit when it is in the sky all night, thereby allowing people to see what they're doing and cause more mischief.

The moon does have an effect on humans. It may not be noticable, but it its responsible for a lot of cyclical behaviour in nature.

It is thought Human female periods are tied into the lunar cycle too.

In the past, it had an effect on social behaviour too, just see the 'lunatics', or it was certainly postulated as a cause for many mental disorders that are cyclical.

The moon affects the tides because of it's gravitational pull on the earth. Many people (like me!) believe it affects humans, too, because humans are composed of mostly water. It's reasonable to think it affects us in some way. It discussed more by astrologers than astronomers, so doesn't get much credibility.

The moon is always there, and the only thing that changes when you see it shaded or not is its light, that is the light of the sun reflected by its surface.
