Fastest way to upload 100 CDs for my iPod?

I have a large number of CDs but I hate the idea of spending 7 to 15 minutes uploading all these CDs. Is there a *quick* way to simply get them onto the desk top and then inito iTunes?

One at a time is the only way to do it. The data for each song has to be written to your hard drive before it can be copied onto your iPod or any music player.
