Based on carefully observing the statistics of the two options in this question I would have to say the Jay Cutler can throw the ball rather hard, but I have seen Jay Cutler play and I think that he has the harder throw. So I will have to go with Jay Cutler with Jay Cutler as a close second.

That's a tough one...Jay Cutler throws a mean football but Jay Cutler is also pretty good. It's close, but I'll say Jay Cutler....

Payton Manning or, um.....PAYTON MANNING! I now, everyone is saying, oh, he's the greatest, but its the truth. Who has better arm and perfect accuracy? And, don't tell me Jay Cutler! He can't lead his team to a super bowl. The Broncos need and fresh start starting with a QB. They should trade Jay Cutler for Donte Culpepper. He does not belong in Miami. And once his ankle heals, he WILL take his team to the super bowl and WIN!

Tough choice between those two options, but based on the question, I would have to say Jay Cutler. It's a no-brainer.

You are incorrect. It's Jay Cutler.

In FACT, I would argue that Jay Cutler has a better arm.

Honestly its Dante Culpepper... if you lined up every QB in the NFL and told them to bomb it as far as possible Culpepper would. At their primes both Favre and Bledsoe could have beaten him though... but Jay Cutler has the best arm of anyo0ne in his age group (Andrew Walter is really the only completion I see) and will improve with age.

Best arm strength ever... RYAN LEAF... lmao

As stated above, and as most sports fans know, the hardest throwing QB in the NFL is Brett Farve....and I'm not even a Packers fan. His receivers have said it feels like their fingers will break at times.
