pushups, pullups, cardio (walking, jogging, jumping rope, swimming), crunches, squats. Do use heavy weights, eat right, get plenty of sleep between workouts, only work a muscle every other day at max.

at that age, you can start lifting wieghts but you might ant to refrain from the heavy sets...
you can do cardio all day, and follow up what you do with light wieghts that you can easily do 15 reps or so of...just dont go stacking on huge wieghts...the supposed problem with lifting heavy at a young age, is that big muscles supposedly can restrict bone growth, so you can jinx your chance at getting taller.
i dont really know if thats an 'old wives' tale or if it has any justification...but stick to what i told you...and by the age of 16 17 your body will be plenty ready to get the heavy wieghts going and get some real muscle mass...
ps: try to stay away from suppliments and obviously steriods, especially while your so young

Don't lift weights as a teen, you'll stunt your growth. The reason is is that when you weight lift you are building muscles and your growth plates are in your muscles so there is a 50% chance you could damage your growth plates by building too much muscle.
I say just eat a lot and keep in shape, you'll turn out fine ;)
BTW you CAN do push-ups and sit-ups, those keep you in shape and build only just enough muscle so your growth plates have room to increase :)

you can lift weights, but nothing that will strain your back. im 16 and i have developed a strong body and shape that i am proud of.
First, you have to run at least 3 hours a week. you may do weights, but only bench presses and stuff like that. By the time i was 15, i could bench 75 kgs. and run for a hell of a long time.
Don't worry toooo much about food and eating right at your age......

you may raise weight from now to fifteen mutually as sitting down. or you need to use different techniques like pulleys on the wellbeing midsection. you would be ok as long as your dont placed rigidity or rigidity on your bones and decrease back.

avoid weightlifting until you are about 17-18 until that time, you should do some things with your own body weight, chin ups, dips, abs etc...
