the episode on the "gamers". well the one kid in the episode dies of no eating (except that sport drink) or sleeping for three days. could that really happen? i mean there were ppl that survived no food or nothing for atleast a week.

The survival rule of thumb is: 3 hours without shelter, 3 days without water, 3 weeks without food.

It has happened. Some sports/energy drinks will actually dehydrate a person. One guy died spending 32 hours playing video games.

You won't starve, but you can die of renal failure if you don't go to the bathroom. Sleep deprivation can also cause a heart attack and other problems. Sitting in one position can also cause deep vein thrombosis, blood clots in your legs.
