Everyone has bad days. Sometimes the day just keeps rolling and rolling into different piles of poop! But then the day ends, and you sleep and you get the chance to have a better day, the next day. Cheer Up! Tomorrow is another day.

Aw, I'm sorry. I've been pretty sick yesterday and today, so I know how you're feeling.
Here's my recipe for feeling better:
Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Envision your happy place, wherever that may be.

My friend bought me a box of tea when I was down. It was cute though, because the little tea bags had little messages on them like, "I'm sizzling!" and "One Hot Cup of Love" and things like that.
It made my day complete.
And I love you.
