magnifier for computer screen?

is there a magnifier for the screen ,flat screen,to make the page easier to read i have a dell laptop

Actually, if you have Windows XP (this might work in Vista, I'm not too sure), then go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, Accessibility, Magnifier, and it will pop up a small frame somewhere on your screen that when you move your mouse around the normal part of the screen the magnified part will move around with it.
