no,turner syndrome isnt realted to genes ,a whole chromosome is missing ,45xo,so no therapy

No. The only thing close to gene therapy offered for TS is growth hormone replacement therapy to help the women affected by it grow a bit taller. It is not a gene problem, more of a misalignment of chromosomes. It is X0 or X with part of another X that is missing part of it's "X".

No gene therapy, but I've read that you can be treated in order to have children.
