I have two pieces of glass and when you hold them together it feels like there is a magnetic force pushing the two pieces apart from each other. WHY?

not the glass but if it has any impurities in it that may be magnetic, then possibly. Glass, no.

If they have trace amounts of feris material in them, the would appear to be magnetic. But it would be the feris metal. (iron).
