well they maybe making something different with xenosaga

actully the xenosaga characters will change in the game like theey will meet chaos and kos-mos maybe but u will never know

I don't think there will be ep:4. Namco pulled the plug on all Xenosaga projects after ep: 3.
However, Namco said that they may continue the project if there are enough demands.
If they do, ep:4 most likely will be a PS3 game.

There's not going to be a fourth installment for Xenosaga. Guess the series wasn't selling too well, so Namco decided to cancel it, or maybe it's because the 4th title would be too long to fit into the PS3's smaller case.
