England fans have come on a long way from many years ago
There are far worse fans than the english have alook at the south american teams fans...and also some of the european teams have a bad reputation.
When you put it into prospective,i mean look at the amount of fans that travel, the amount of trouble caused is minimal.

I have to say as a Scotsman, I'm glad to see English men on here saying it's awful when people riot. I have honestly lived my life believing that English fans saw it as part of the game when they travelled to different countires. To be honest, I don't know many people who don't think that. (Scottish, Irish, Welsh and even some English men who are not football fans have told me the same thing)
I think we need more people to say they don't like it because England has a repuation for this. When Glasgow Rangers riot it is normally because of travelling English support. That may sound unfair but why is there no problem when Scotland travel? Yet there is trouble when England travel, so that's where that theory about Rangers comes from.
Then of course there is greenstreet, set in England.
I'm not trying to pick a fight or insult you, I'm telling you it as we see it.
Anyways to get back to my main point. It's good and refreshing to see England fans who like football without getting all hot headed and violent. You guys are a credit to your country. Keep it up and us Jocks might even start to like your national team, I doubt it myself but you never know in football. Peace :-)

I love it,cause there is supporters, ultras, and hooligans and I can see myself being a hooligan if you try and fcuk with juventus fans sometimes it's the passion you have for your club.there is consequences you might even end up dead it's not for everybody.I only agree with fighting with hooligans themselves and not just picking on everybody. It is what it is wright or worng JUVE is in the blood believe that 100% bianconeri.I live and breathe JUVENTUS so in my eyes it's justified.BLACK AND WHITE 4 LIFE.

To be fair, It's not like we are all like that. Most league football is played without any problems, and it cetainly hasn't always been like that. England games and tournaments in europe in particular seem to get the morons to crawl out the woodwork, prehaps because of the tighter security around our grounds meaning they can't get away with it here. If we qualify for the tournament in 2008 you will see trouble because some of my fellow Englishmen see it as an oppertunity to go nuts and generally act like the sad, pathetic cretins they are.

When I see British football fans behaving badly, fighting, etc., I'm ashamed to be English. We hate them as much as anyone else.

Hopefully not a lot, the performance on the pitch was a big enough crime in it's self was it not?
