I've been going there for the past 10 years.
Just as sunny, but not as hot as the Aegean islands, around 85F, 30-35 Celsius, but it can get chilly at night. The waters along the eastern and southern beaches of the island are always calm.
If needed....here is the list with the MUST VISIT beaches:
1. Gerakas (Sea-turtles)
2. Dafni (unexploited)
3. Saint Nicolas (best beach bars)
4. Navagio (by boat only),
5. Limnionas (Blue lagoon)
6. Keri (boat to blue caves)

It will be great. The weather is summer of course, warm but on the islands there is a cool breeze. Don't forget your sun block lotion though, sunglasses and a hat. Zante has the best beaches! Don't forget that the endangered sea turtles go there to lay eggs, so please don't dig in the sand and don't put umbrellas or anything else in the sand.

Here in Greece...always! How can I leave it?
In July, wherever you'll go you'll find sunny weather and you'll have a great time. Especially at places near to the sea or islands!

Roughly 15.000.000 people visit Greece EVERY year. So, yes, a lot of people have been to Greece and if you have not, you should or else very soon you will be a minority.
