i dont remember exactly what its about because i saw it a long time ago probably 5 years ago im not really sure. well its about a guy that goes into a cartoon world, and i think at the begining he gets into a motorcycle accident, and then theres a baby that talks like hes old, and a "sexy" cartoon girl, and at the end the guy dies i think and he turns into a cartoon also, anybody know this movie? ten points to the first one that answers correctly

I think you may be confusing two different movies.
There are elements of both Who Framed Roger Rabbit (middle aged Baby Herman, and Jessica Rabbit, sexy cartoon girl) but also elements from Cool World (Brad Pitt dies in the end of the movie and becomes a cartoon character. It also has a "sexy" cartoon girl.)

But I think that you're thinking of Cool World specifically.

Hands down no doubt it was cool world. Although you're forgetting that Brad Pitt was the Cartoon artist at the beginning of the movie.
