Cleaning out your ears....and it helps take the skunk smell off of dogs that have been sprayed.

When I was young (quite a while ago) girls used to put in on their hair and go out into the sun to lighten their hair. It is also good to take blood out of clothing (but you have to be careful you don't leave it on too long or it will bleach out the clothes). I don't think it would be too good to lighten teeth by itself though I think it is in one of the whitening toothpaste brands. It won't lighten your skin, but will lighten the hair on your skin a little. If you leave hydrogen peroxide on your skin too long it really dries it out and your skin starts to itch.

It also makes an awesome household cleaner
I use either: 1/2 cup in a spray bottle the rest water and a few drops of teatree oil or rosemary oil (lavender oil or orange oil for good smell) and use it as a spray cleaner on counters and such. Or, I dump about 1/2 cup into hot water (and again the oil of choice) and wash my floors with it.
Kills bacteria, and way less harmful then all those chemicals and it smells better too.

Seventh Day Adventist use it as an ingredient in making special foods. The have an amazing - well - cure for cancer. My brother was in stage 3 and was given 3 months to live. I shampoo my dog with it,to kill fleas,and lighten her fur.I bathe with it,to make sure their are no little pests on me,in the summer from bathing the dog.

When using internally get the expensive stuff meant for it.(special order) The generic stuff is not safe for that.

I mix it half and half with water to use as a mouthwash. women have used it to lighten their hair.
