Unfortunately there is no easy way. Just be sweet and tell the person in question.

This is a really difficult one, bad enough when a person understands English. Can you find another person who speaks Polish? Failing that buy him some deodorant and use sign language to give him the news he has B.O.

It is a most unfortunate situation, because many europeans do not bath daily as we do in the US.
Since the management is aware of this they might be willing to make up a typed paper on the importance of daily bathing
to prevent illness and contamination of other when working in the close quarters of a warm factory. They might want to go on pc and get translated into polish, since it could be typed and printed that way.

This is a difficult one, especially if he does not speak English. Usually a casual conversation stating how often a person should wash/bathe/shower for hygenic reasons gets them on the right track. Does he have a flat or is he living in shared accommodation? If he is in shared accommodation perhaps it is difficult for him to bathe/shower regularly but it could be a way to let him know. You could speak to someone he knows (who understands English) and explain to them that it is normal, over here, for people to have a full wash once a day, even if he can't bathe or shower regularly.

If it is effecting your working environment it is up to the manager to deal with him. When I worked in an office some years ago we had the same problem with a female member of staff.

Don't be subtle you do not owe it to any body who is offencive in any way. Hand him a Bar of soap and show him where a washing machine is to wash his clothes . Its probably his clothes that need washing .
If he still persists in the Behaviour I would regard it as '' Passive aggression''
And tell ll the management in no uncertain terms he goes or its down ''tools''

Try washing with hydrogen peroxide. The handy release of oxygen when it contacts organics and or infection should kill those nasty bacteria causing the stink, and lighten up any hair you have on them too. I say that is a reason to be happy. So be happy and STINK NO MORE!

Okay, you need to ask other co-workers if they smell what you smell. If so, all of you need to complian to managment. He may have health problems that are contributing to his smell. And yes, you may have to bite the bullet, and be the one to tell him he stinks.
