how do you put a title screen on a homemade video.?

i have multi movies on a home made movie. I was woundering if there is anything out there that will let me make a title screen and choose which movie to play when i start the dvd up.

Windows Movie Maker (which should be installed on your computer) lets you do that. If you don't have it you can download it from Microsoft.com
