I was wondering if you have ever considered cosmetic surgery for yourself. If you have what do you think will improve in your life after having this surgery?

People get plastic surgery because they feel like that if they change a certain part of themselves, everything in their life will look optimistic. I don’t believe a single soul could vouch for that belief after they go under the knife.

As someone who does not believe in any religion, I must say that changing ones form and figure is unethical and insulting to that Higher Force, God(s), or even Mother Nature. It’s offensive towards yourself and your parents. The reason I say this is because, I’ve never actually met anyone who was terribly ugly. I’ve never met someone who needed to improve something about them. There’s a whole world wide concept that focuses on beauty and a certain vibrant age: but the truth is…who established that those kinds of qualities in people are beautiful?

Beauty goes beyond physical features. If our concept of light was distorted, our colors would be distorted also. So, why do we judge beauty on looks?

No, i wouldn't really ever get plastic surgery until i'm in my 50s.

However, my friend is very interested in the subject and has big plans for the future.

But why change your body? This is the way we are, if we just accept this, our lives are a lot easier.

xx

I have considered cosmetic enhancement. However, when I ask myself if a little enhancement is worth the risk of dying on the table, the answer is no. I'd rather learn to be happy with myself: I'll live, and it's free of charge. :)

I had breast enhancement & I won't say it improved my life but it improved my self confidence & makes me feel alot more feminine than I did.I was so flat it was'nt normal, seriously.Nothing ever fit right & I used to get so mad when I saw something I wanted to wear & tried it on & wanted to cry!So overall maybe it changed me a little but only for the better.Oh,I also make more money,so yeah!

I have had a rhinoplasty done twice. Nose job that means. what improves in you is that you are more confident about the way you look and feel and makes you more out going in life. Go ahead and do it.

I have thought about getting a breast augmentation before but I dont think I will ever go through with it because of the money & because alot of guys including my husband dont like fake boobs. But who knows down the road things might change! :)

don't do it! live with the body that God have made for you. if u dont' like it, embrace it. u have a lot to be thankful for and wasting hundreds or thousands of money for making fake out of u will be regretful. remember if u dlnt' like it, u will regret it cuz u can't take it back! i know ppl who have gotten surgeries. they look HORRIBLE unless its like a million dollars, its gunna look cheap and weird

No it doesn't.
I know there are some cases that it's an improvement but in MOST cases it's a result of a distorted view of one's self.
