The side buttons on my cell phones (to turn ring tone up or down or to vibrate) doesn't do anything when I press them, this just started happening does anyone know what might be wrong?
PS last night my phone was dead for quite a while (ran out of batteries) and the up and down buttons along w 2 and 8 didnt work as well but i recharged my phone and now they work. Its just the buttons on the side.

Use the audio {under settings} to change to vibrate/loud/silent/and such! and up and down arrows to mess with volumes!
or...
buy a new phone.
Otherwise I don't know...sometimes phones just crap out!

For most contract cell phone companies you have a one year warranty on the phone. Use your warranty and get it replaced or fixed for free.
