to answer your question.... i really don't know! maybe move your feet out from behind your head? call someone to come and help you. try rolling around the room like a ball. the movement might shake your feet out.

Dude. I've been able to do that since I was 5. -is alive-
Lean your head forward, and try to inch one of you legs into its normal, well, position. Use your hands to help you with the other leg.

just dont laugh until you are unstuck...use your free hand to carefully move one leg back to where it belongs... and now the other one... whew... feel better now? ...â¥
