My springs stretched out, and one just recently broke today. Also my net is ripped and has holes in one area, and the straps to the nets snapped off several times, so they aren't even on right.
I really need to buy new springs and a net... Where can I find springs and a new net for my trampoline? Does it depend on the brand?
Also, I usually have 3-4 ( sometimes 5 ) people on at once, and the weight limit is 225. Should I really go by that weight limit? Is it damaging the life span of my trampoline?

Way, way way over the weight limit, in an earlier question you mentioned that you were somewhere between 130 and 140. That means if you and one other person your size gets on there, you are exceeding the weight limit.
Once you start moving around, you are coming down on the net and springs with between two and three times that weight.
Its a miracle that the whole structure hasn't collapsed completely.
You had best check with the manufacturer, they may be able to help you with replacing the springs and net. You should be more concerned about structural damage to the frame itself, someone on that trampoline could get hurt and your parents could get involved in a lawsuit over that injury.
This has not been the best decision you have made, by letting too many people get on that trampoline.

surrounding nets are a pain in the butt, and the spring covers are nice, but don't stay on. we just threw ours away. i'm not sure if you can buy new springs (look online for brand's site), but you can get new nets at stores like target, sam's club, costco... i'm not sure 5 people is a good idea, but i'm just a kid (we have 4 sometimes).. good luck!
