Uhh, im sorry to be stark and bleak, but no, you need to improve your GPA and if not possible, then study really hard for the exams and maybe they will understand

Most reputable and accredited Graduate programs require a cumulative undergraduate grade point average of at least a 3.0. In addition, you must maintain a minimum of at least a 3.0 on your graduate course work or your will be suspended. You may be able to find a Master's program that will admit your provisionally with a 2.75. Provisional admittance usually means you must complete at least nine hours of graduate work with a cumulative graduate GPA of 3.0 and then apply for regular admission as a degree seeking student.

No because grad school programs expect you to maintain a B or higher to get accepted or ongoing through the program.
