The Jews are people descended from Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and the twelve sons of Jacob. They are also the people that have converted over the millenia to Judaism.
With the exile of the Jews, people from outside of the core group have converted and entered the religion, thus the varying ethnicities of Jews from varying regions. But genetic studies have confirmed the link of Ashkenazi Jews to the original semitic Jews, so even though their appearance has drifted from what their ancestors looked like, they are still connected to Israel and the original 12 tribes of Israel (the sons of Jacob)

As the descendants of Abraham and Sarah and the past and present inhabitants of the land of
Israel, the Jews are a nation, much like the Irish or the Italians. As the followers of the laws
given by God to Moses at Mt. Sinai, the Jews are members of a religion, much like Christians
or Muslims.
According to traditional Jewish law, the child of a Jewish mother is Jewish. Some modern
Jewish traditions also recognize the child of a Jewish father as Jewish. As with other religions,
a non-Jew can become a Jew by converting. Traditional Jewish law states that someone who is
born a Jew remains a Jew, even if that person does not believe in or practice any of the laws of
Judaism, and even if that person practices another religion.
While population figures vary depending on the source, today the world has over 6.4 billion
inhabitants. Approximately 2 billion of these people are Christians and almost 1.4 billion are
Muslims, while a mere 13 million are Jews. The largest population of Jews in the world resides
in the United States — about 5.6 million people, which is a little less than 2 percent of the
total U.S. population of about 300 million people. Next comes Israel with close to 5.1 million
Jews. The remaining Jews are scattered around the globe with significant populations in
France, Russia, Canada, the United Kingdom and Argentina.

Jews, practitioners of Judaism, are followers of Judas, betrayer of Christ. You can infer that "betrayer of Christ" is synonymous with "against Christ", to which the Bible refers as the Anti-Christ. Jews are thus the Anti-Christ.
