I lost my house after having worked for myself and running into real financial difficulties. Im wondering if i could get a guarentor for the payments, would any mortgage companies accept me? any help will be highly appreciated. Thankyou

You need a cosigner. However, they need to understand they are as liable as you for the payments and if you are foreclosed upon, it will take their credit as well.
