I don't know where you are from..but around here we have so many crazy pizza's!
I worked for a pizza place for years (23+ yrs) I loved it and it was fun when we were slow to dream or create some new pizza's.
One of MY FAVORITES,one I created I called a Italian Hoagie/Sub pizza. Always made on a thin crust pizza, started out instead of sauce I used the oil Italian style dressing next I put on a very large handful of our mozzarella cheese, then baked it,when it came out i put on some finely sliced lettuce, diced tomatoes, ham,Salomi dice pepperoni and of course YOU must have the red onions chopped and then finally i put on a small amount of cheddar cheese,Slice like a regular pizza. We also did one with Ranch dressing on the bottom, but the all time favorite was the Italian Hoagie.
GOOD LUCK no matter what!
PASS OUT SAMPLES as you make...that really did the trick with us!

We order this great pizza called Sweet and Spicy. It has sausage, pineapple and red pepper flakes. Goes perfect with a Riesling wine. I strongly suggest serving good quality wine at your restaurant.
Make up some coupons (2-4-1, 50% off, free dessert, or whatever promotion you want) and give them to your employees for them to hand out to their friends. Mark the coupons so you know which employee handed the coupon out after you get them back. The employee who gets the highest return rate wins. Put a time limit on it (not on the coupon, but on the contest) so the employees push their friends to come in soon to take advantage of the coupon. Start the contest after all coupons have been given out and the servers give you a list of who received the coupons (this will prevent the servers from giving out the coupons during their shift).

I always find BRICK OVEN pizza is the best. Any topping but the brick over is great. Steak houses are always great good luck either way.

having pizza and pasta available at your shop would be a good idea, have lots of varieties on offer and you should do well in your business, if you decide on a steak house make sure you have lots of different pieces of steak for all tastes, make sure you find a building with plenty of room, people don't like to be packed in like sardines.. good luck!!!

My standard pizza order is sausage and mushrooms. Sometimes I get crazy and order a supreme! You absolutely have to have good breadsticks cause no matter what I order I always add the breadsticks! Good luck!

I enjoy the not-so-tranditional pizzas like spinach and mushroom, classic white, and fruit pizza (which is a dessert). Maybe you could set up a buffet where they could put their own toppings on?
