Not nessicarily, but it much more sanitary to do so. If you feel the need not to, simply pull the string aside.

Not at all! In fact you can leave them in up to 8 hours without changing or taking it out as long as it doesn't leak or anything. It may take some practice to learn to use one the right way but just read the directions and good luck!

No you dont have too. But I prefer changing them if it been a more than hour since the last I change it. But if you dont need to change it then just pull the string a side and do your business.

They're wondrous like that. Although I've heard that you can feel it, there's no need to remove them while going to the bathroom.

no u dont. tampon doesnt affect u while using toilet, cause it is simple 'next door' from where u do wee wees. dont worry.

no. urine doesn't actually come out of the vaginal opening. it comes out of a smaller hole in front of that.
